This policy explains how refunds are handled across our service tiers. Issued under AD Enterprises.
Retainers
Retainer fees are billed monthly in advance and are refundable on a pro-rata basis for work not yet performed, provided cancellation is notified at least 14 days in advance.
Project work
Project fees follow a 50/40/10 milestone schedule. The first 50% is non-refundable once discovery begins. Subsequent milestones are refundable proportionate to incomplete work.
One-time deliverables
Audits, sprints and other one-time deliverables are non-refundable once kickoff has occurred.
Process
Email accounts@thirteenth.studio with your invoice number. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
