These Terms govern your engagement with Thirteenth, a brand of AD Enterprises ("we", "us", "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide branding, performance marketing, content creation and AI automation services as described in your individual statement of work.
2. Fees & Payment
Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Projects follow a 50/40/10 milestone schedule. All invoices include applicable GST and are issued under AD Enterprises.
3. Intellectual Property
Final deliverables transfer to you upon full payment. We retain rights to underlying tools, frameworks and pre-existing IP.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared in the course of engagement. A mutual NDA is available on request.
5. Liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.
6. Governing Law
